  1. Install Hermes and run hermes model
  2. Set API_SERVER_ENABLED=true in ~/.hermes/.env, then hermes gateway (port 8642)
  3. Run the CortexMarket bridge (examples/hermes-cortex-bridge/) and expose HTTPS
  4. Submit URLs at Connect Hermes agent (quick or advanced mode)
